Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician (Starlink) for 2nd shift in Redmond, WA. The role focuses on installing and maintaining heavy industrial equipment, including cranes, compressed air systems, and overhead doors, to support Starlink production.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating with vendors. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of experience in maintaining electrical, mechanical, fluid, or control

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency is required.
• 3+ years of maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience on electrical, mechanical, fluid, or control systems.
• Experience with cranes, hydraulics, pneumatics, and building automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and work instructions.
• Install and maintain production support equipment and ground/launch support equipment.
• Maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Inspect critical facility systems and troubleshoot breakdowns.
• Source replacement parts and liaise with vendors.
• Prepare and submit maintenance reports.
