Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing people or projects.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Skilled in fabrication capabilities such as cutting and welding.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment uptime through troubleshooting and repair.
• Train and lead Operators and Mechanics on technical procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis to minimize equipment downtime.
• Develop operating and troubleshooting procedures.
