Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in industrial maintenance, with experience in plastics, VFDs, servo motors, and PLCs. Must have own tools and a safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience.
• 3–5 years technician experience in industrial maintenance.
• Plastics industry preferred.
• Must have own tools and use safely and effectively.
• Associates degree preferred is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic troubleshooting and maintenance on automation equipment.
• Performs tool changes and machine setups on production equipment.
• Performs maintenance, setup and PM on automation/production equipment.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots equipment-related processing issues.
• Uses inventory system to locate spare parts.
• Supports maintenance/production staff as needed.
• May assist in training other employees.
• Works safely and adheres to company rules.
