Job summary

Novolex is hiring for Maintenance - Asset Care in Greenville, SC. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical systems, basic welding, plumbing, electrical work (A/C and D/C), and operating machine tools. Must follow GMP, SOP, and safety procedures while maintaining a clean, safe area.

Shift is Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 3:30pm. Starting pay is $28.41 per hour, paid weekly, with potential for annual and skill-based increases and a monthly bonus based on plant productivity.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of engineering courses.
• Must score 40 or higher on a mechanical aptitude test.
• Knowledge of SAP maintenance module is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow standard work instructions.
• Operate and troubleshoot basic mechanical systems.
• Perform basic welding, plumbing, and machine shop tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment in compliance with GMP and SOP.
