Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience maintaining and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills in an industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, drawings, and basic blueprints.
• Working knowledge of motors, gear reducers, bearings, belts, chains, and drives.
• Basic computer skills (CMMS, Microsoft Office).

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment including mixers, batch systems, hoppers, augers, and packaging equipment.
• Maintain conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, drives, and material handling systems.
• Perform advanced preventive and predictive maintenance activities per PM schedules.
• Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic controls issues.
• Welding and fabrication as required (MIG/TIG/Stick; cutting and grinding).
• Mentor Maintenance Technician I employees through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Document work orders, PMs, and corrective actions in the CMMS.
