Job summary

FOX Factory in Franklin, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair mechanical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and install equipment for ride dynamics products. You will wire motors and sensors, weld as needed, and build pneumatic/hydraulic systems.

The role requires 4+ years in manufacturing maintenance, a strong hydraulics/pneumatics background and CMMS data entry. A High school diploma is required, and forklift operation is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Broad background in hydraulics and pneumatics.
• FOX Level 1 Maintenance Technician certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Repair mechanical breakdowns and perform PMs on ride dynamics products.
• Install equipment and wire single-phase motors, receptacles and sensors.
• Fabricate and weld as needed; build pneumatic/hydraulic/nitrogen systems.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and install new equipment under engineering direction.
• Plumb water, air, oil and nitrogen lines; operate manual mill/lathe and drill press.
• Maintain 80% compliance with PMs and log time in CMMS; operate a forklift safely.
