Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a maintenance technician to repair mechanical breakdowns and perform preventive maintenance on ride dynamics products, primarily in off-road vehicles and trucks. You will read schematics, troubleshoot CNC-related systems, and ensure safe operation of equipment.

The role requires experience in industrial maintenance, ability to work independently or in a team, and strict adherence to safety standards and PM schedules. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with industrial maintenance.
• CNC equipment mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Must maintain a minimum 80% compliance rate on PM activities.

Responsibilities

• Repair mechanical breakdowns and perform PMs on ride dynamics products.
• Read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics and manuals.
• Identify and repair pneumatic/hydraulic systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Operate electrical meters to check voltage and resistance.
• Familiar with CNC equipment setup and safety protocols.
• Safe forklift operation and adherence to LOTO and safety policies.
