Job summary
FOX Factory is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair, PM, install equipment, and perform general maintenance on ride dynamics products, primarily off-road vehicles and trucks. The role requires hands-on mechanical ability, welding, wiring, PLC familiarity, and a strong focus on safety.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex equipment, wiring motors and sensors, operating a forklift, and ensuring 80% PM compliance.
Qualifications
- CMMS must log maintenance work orders and hours.
- Broad hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge is required.
- Experience with industrial maintenance in manufacturing is essential.
Responsibilities
- Use electrical meters to check voltage and resistance.
- Wire in single-phase motors, receptacles and sensors.
- Welding/soldering with TIG, MIG, and stick processes.
- Identify and repair pneumatic/hydraulic/nitrogen issues.
- Install new equipment under engineering direction.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on production equipment.
- Safely operate forklift and adhere to safety standards.
- Maintain PM compliance and log in CMMS.
