Qualifications

• HVAC and CPO Certification are required.
• Knowledge of maintenance across plumbing, pool, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and life-safety issues.
• Ability to supervise employees and manage projects.
• Capable of staying within budgetary guidelines and identifying cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, housekeeping).
• Completes resident service requests promptly to support retention.
• Leads a team to maintain grounds, pools, and common areas; keeps areas clean and safe.
• Performs on-call emergency procedures as needed.
• Reports budget-impacting maintenance issues to management.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and keeps records.
• Provides superior customer service and maintains professionalism with residents and the public.
