Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III to support maintenance of our properties, perform HVAC and appliance repairs, and assist with apartment make-readies. You will help manage supplies and uphold safety standards while delivering courteous service to residents.

The role requires at least three years of maintenance experience, OSHA awareness, EPA 608 Type I/II or Universal certification, and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and safety compliance.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to use industry-specific software or systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and monitor completion to company standards.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, appliances, and make-readies.
• Identify hazards and report to the Community Manager and Service Manager.
• Assist in implementing preventive maintenance programs per BH guidelines.
• Coordinate with the office team to determine weekly make-ready schedules.
• Oversee maintenance operations in the absence of the Service Manager and participate in on-call rotations.
