Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and CovenantCare Home Health and Hospice is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective work across the campus. Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and environmental services tasks in apartments and facilities.

Candidate should have at least five years of related maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and relevant trade certifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred.
• Relevant HVAC, plumbing or electrical certifications/licenses preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance with related certifications or training.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance assignments in apartments, common areas, offices and service areas.
• Respond to emergencies and take corrective actions per guidelines.
• On-call rotation and parts procurement as needed, including vehicle operation.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with coordination of the department.
• Complete daily work orders and communicate status for planning.
