Job summary

Parkland Community Health Plan is seeking a Senior Maintenance Mechanic to perform advanced repair, preventative maintenance, and documentation across Parkland health facilities. You will inspect equipment, troubleshoot, and ensure safe, reliable operation for clinical and support spaces.

Candidates should have 4+ years in building maintenance (plumbing, HVAC, electrical), and preferably a Journeyman license or trade certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced repair and preventative maintenance on equipment across Parkland Health facilities.

• Assist with staff training on repair and maintenance procedures.
• Read and interpret sketches, drawings, and technical manuals to guide work.
• Maintain safe, clean work environments and communicate effectively with staff.
