Job summary

The Inland Real Estate Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for Apres Apartments in Aurora, CO. This full-time role focuses on keeping the community in top condition, ensuring a safe, clean, and market-ready environment for residents and staff.

You will handle maintenance requests, coordinate with supervisors, and maintain records while performing hands-on tasks in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents and staff.
• Hands-on experience with basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC systems.
• EPA approved certification required.
• CPO certification required.
• CAMT preferred; willing to obtain CAMT if requested.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service and maintenance requests promptly.
• Work with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure 24/7 coverage for emergencies.
• Inspect market-ready vacancies daily for cleanliness and readiness.
• Maintain property and correct unsafe conditions.
• Communicate status of work orders with residents and staff.
• Keep accurate records of preventive maintenance and service requests.
• Change locks and keys.
• Other duties as assigned.
