Inland Real Estate Group seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician for Apres Apartments in Aurora, CO. This full-time role involves ensuring a safe, market-ready community and coordinating with the maintenance team to address resident requests.

The position requires hands-on experience with basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC, along with certifications (CPO, EPA) and a willingness to obtain CAMT if needed. Excellent communication and OSHA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property maintenance or related field.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents, staff, and management.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC systems.
• Own tools and transportation to obtain parts.
• CPO and EPA certifications required.
• CAMT preferred; willing to obtain CAMT if requested.
• Must pass drug and background screening.
• OSHA compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service and maintenance requests promptly.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor for 24/7 coverage.
• Inspect vacant units for cleanliness and market-readiness.
• Maintain property condition and safe environment.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance and work orders.
• Communicate status of requests to residents and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Travel to vendors to pickup parts.
