Job summary

BG Foods is looking for a Maintenance Technician III in Yadkinville, NC, to provide technical leadership and advanced troubleshooting in a food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or automation maintenance.

You will mentor junior technicians, manage complex repairs, and ensure compliance with safety and food integrity standards. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid time off, medical, and a 401k company match.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in industrial mechanical, electrical, or automation maintenance.
• Expertise in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced troubleshooting and system optimization across production and utility systems.
• Mentor and train Maintenance Technicians Levels 1 and 2.
• Execute preventive maintenance strategies and reliability initiatives.

Proficiency with Allen-Bradley PLC systems
