Job summary

The American Red Cross in Cleveland, OH is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and routine maintenance on a range of building systems and equipment. You will work under limited supervision, use multiple trades, and support safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; trade license may be required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in painting, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, masonry and electrical work.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; ability to travel to other locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on facilities and equipment across trades.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair boilers, chillers, motors, pumps, and related equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Drive vehicle to other locations as needed.
