Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record (MVR reviewed).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Physical ability to lift at least 80 lbs and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete facility work orders including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, and appliances.
• Perform routine electrical repairs, wiring, and HVAC service.
• Carry out plumbing repairs such as water heaters, drainlines, pipes, and fixtures.
• Perform carpentry repairs on cabinets, doors, trim, and drywall.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and general repairs on interior and exterior systems.
