Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply seeks a Sr. Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day maintenance of the CFA Supply DC building envelope, equipment, and common areas. You will work with the Maintenance and Operations teams to ensure safety, reliability, and operational uptime.

The role requires 7+ years in food-manufacturing/distribution maintenance, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and leadership ability. On-call and weekend coverage may be needed; on-site at Hutchins, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 7+ years in maintenance in food manufacturing or distribution.
• Multi-skilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines with troubleshooting.
• Experience with blueprints and shop drawings.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness for on-call support and shift flexibility.
• Leadership experience in maintenance teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance of the building envelope, equipment, and spaces at CFA Supply.
• Maintain equipment per manufacturer specs and warranty agreements.
• Escalate issues that cannot be resolved promptly.
• Operate in a safe, compliant, cost-effective manner per SOPs.
• Identify recurrent problems and propose solutions.
• Enter data into CMMS and financial systems accurately and timely.
• Perform off-shift critical work and emergency repairs as needed.
• Assist in selecting spare parts and inventory levels.
