Job summary

Chick-fil-A Farmington is seeking a Facilities Director to lead all aspects of restaurant equipment and facilities maintenance, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency in daily operations.

You will partner with the Operator and other Directors to drive long-term vision, manage maintenance plans, supervise technicians, and uphold cost controls while maintaining high guest and team-member safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities/maintenance in a large hospitality operation.
• Proven ability to develop and execute maintenance plans and schedules.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant equipment and facilities maintenance.
• Create and oversee cleaning and maintenance plans and records.
• Schedule inspections, boil-outs, and vendor repairs; manage technicians (2–3).
• Maintain safety programs, equipment certifications, and security procedures.
• Drive cost control and productivity while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.
