Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a reliable Facility & Equipment Maintenance Team Member to keep our restaurant, equipment, and property in excellent condition. You will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and cleaning to maintain safety, functionality, and a welcoming environment for guests and crew.

The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team, with experience or comfort using basic maintenance tools and cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in facility maintenance or related role preferred but not required.
• Comfortable using basic maintenance tools, cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
• Able to follow preventative maintenance schedules and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on restaurant equipment and facility areas.
• Complete interior and exterior facility upkeep.
• Identify maintenance or repair needs and communicate concerns to leadership.
• Assist with minor facility and equipment maintenance as appropriate.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns.
• Help ensure equipment, fixtures, and facility areas remain clean, functional, and in good condition.
• Report equipment damage or facility concerns promptly.
