Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance and equipment care to ensure food safety and operational readiness.
• Inspect, clean, repair, and troubleshoot kitchen and dining-area equipment.
• Maintain maintenance calendars, records, and logs, and coordinate with outside vendors when needed.
• Support building and facility stewardship, ensuring safe, organized, and compliant environments.
• Coach and guide team members on maintenance expectations and safety procedures.
