Qualifications

• 7+ years direct plastic processing experience preferred.
• Senior level resource with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with injection molding, plastics processing, extrusion, tooling and assembly.
• Hands-on injection molding and extrusion set-up experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently repairs, maintains, and troubleshoots plastic molding and extrusion equipment.
• Performs mold setups, insert changes, extrusion line start-up/shutdown, cleaning, and process changes.
• Implements corrective actions, engineering changes, documentation, training, and equipment improvements.
