Job summary

System One is seeking a Maintenance Technician I/III for the extrusion line on the 3rd shift in Lakewood, CO. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on plastic molding and extrusion equipment to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities include mold setups, insert changes, line startup/shutdown, cleaning, and implementing process changes. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Qualifications

• 7+ years direct plastic processing experience including extrusion
• Hands-on injection molding and extrusion set-up experience
• Advanced troubleshooting in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and networking

Responsibilities

• Repair and preventive maintenance on plastic molding and extrusion equipment
• Mold setups, insert changes, extrusion line startup/shutdown, cleaning, and process changes
• Implements corrective actions, engineering changes, documentation, training, and equipment improvements
