Job summary

Responsibilities

• Independently performs repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on all plastic molding and extrusion equipment.
• Performs mold setups and mold insert changes.
• Performs final mold fitting for insert shutoffs.
• Performs extrusion line setup and startup as well as shut down and cleaning; makes process changes as needed.
• Ensures calibrations are current on all machines and maintain proper operations after calibration.
