Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician in Pittsburgh to ensure maximum equipment uptime through expert troubleshooting and repair of production line equipment. You will mentor maintenance staff and operators, lead improvements, and apply best practices across bottling lines, filling and labeling systems.

The role emphasizes preventive/predictive maintenance, collaboration with plant leadership, and training in your focus areas to drive reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6 Years – Experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment
• 6 Years – Experience in Position
• 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across departments
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic
• Proficient with precision measuring equipment

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and good manufacturing practices plant-wide
• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures
• Develop and execute projects involving continuous improvement
• Identify machine problems quickly with root cause analysis
• Use software systems to analyze issues and drive throughput
• Create SOPs for troubleshooting and upload to BDA system
