Job summary

DSM-Firmenich AG Exton, PA is seeking a Lead Technician III Maintenance to perform set-up, repair, and preventive maintenance of manufacturing tooling and equipment, ensuring high quality and GMP compliance.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and facilities teams, develop and update maintenance procedures, troubleshoot process problems, and support electrical, refrigeration, HVAC and plumbing work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical, electronics/PLC and refrigeration.
• GMP knowledge is desirable for medical device manufacturing.
• Proficient data/voice cabling installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficient industrial electrical service installation, maintenance, and repair.

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, repair, and maintain manufacturing tooling and equipment.
• Develop and update maintenance procedures as necessary.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing process problems with operations.
• Assist Manufacturing Engineering and facilities on related issues.
• Maintain non-production equipment supporting production.
• Participate in on-call rotations and coordinate electrical projects.
