Job summary

dsm-firmenich Exton site is seeking a Lead Technician III Maintenance for 2nd shift (3pm–11pm). The role focuses on setup, repair, and maintenance of tooling and equipment to ensure high-quality production.

You will develop procedures and collaborate with production to troubleshoot process issues. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in electrical/electronics/PLC, familiarity with GMP, and strong cabling and refrigeration equipment knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Electrical or Electronics/PLC
• Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
• GMP knowledge desired
• Proficient cabling installation, maintenance, and repair
• Industrial electrical service installation and repair experience
• Advanced knowledge of refrigeration testing/recovery/charging equipment

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, repair, and maintain manufacturing tooling and equipment.
• Develop and update maintenance procedures.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing process problems with production teams.
• Assist Manufacturing Engineering as required.
• Handle facility issues in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services.
