Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Graduation from trade/technical school in electrical, mechanical, PLC/HMI, refrigeration, or related fields preferred.
• 2–4 years of maintenance/equipment experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems preferred.
• Certification and/or license may be required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on production, processing, and packaging equipment and related systems.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and routine inspections to assess reliability and performance.
• Read and interpret technical procedures, schematics, and service manuals to perform tasks.
• Support installation of new equipment and assist operators with troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Complete work orders accurately and document all required information per SOPs.
