Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a Maintenance Tech III to maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and boiler systems across the facility. The role involves executing capital projects, collaborating with operations, and ensuring timely production with a varied shift schedule and potential overtime.

No travel required. Applicants should have 3–5 years of related maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and boiler certification or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical schooling preferred.
• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Boiler operator certification or ability to obtain one.
• Experience with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; PLC knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical/electrical/boiler systems.
• Execute capital projects and installations.
• Reassemble machines after repairs; start and observe operation for efficiency.
• Inspect damaged parts and advise on repairs; lubricate and maintain equipment.
• Dismantle, replace parts, and set up equipment per specifications.
• Record maintenance activities and read work orders.
• Train junior technicians as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory policies.
