Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or an associate's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE), robotic systems, or automated conveyors may be required.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Basic computer skills for record keeping and communication.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repair of equipment and systems; replace faulty parts.
• Preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Installation and setup of new equipment and building systems.
• Maintain accurate CMMS records of maintenance and repairs.
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
• Communicate maintenance needs and issues with supervisors and occupants.
