Job summary

Asbury Communities, Inc. is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building upkeep across residential settings.

The role includes responding to work orders, maintaining laundry and kitchen equipment, and documenting tasks in our maintenance system. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, at least three years of maintenance experience, and a CFC certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum three years of progressive maintenance experience.
• CFC certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and general building upkeep.
• Address maintenance tasks on laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarms.
• Respond to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.
• Use maintenance management system software to document work orders and resolutions.
