Atrium Health Kings Mountain is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform facility and equipment maintenance at 706 W. King St., Kings Mountain, NC. This full-time role (40 hours) includes nights and weekends for special projects and on-call every 4th week.

Responsibilities cover complex mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, fire/safety checks, and use of CMMS to document work. Requires a high school diploma/GED and 4+ years in equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of equipment maintenance experience.
• Basic computer skills with CMMS and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Perform facility and equipment maintenance per codes and standards.
• Document work using CMMS and related systems.
• Repair and troubleshoot mechanical equipment (motors, pumps, doors, boilers, etc.).
• Repair patient care equipment (beds, carts, tables, etc.).
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Inspect fire doors and related safety features.
• Read blueprints and maintenance manuals.
