Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician III in Waltham, MA. You will be the advanced technical leader on the property, diagnosing complex issues, leading projects, and mentoring junior technicians to boost team performance.

Responsibilities include supervising diagnostics, coordinating vendor work, managing parts and cost control, and ensuring safety standards are met. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing.
• Advanced proficiency in one or more trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Working knowledge of appliances.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Lead full turns and larger renovation or repair projects.
• Perform advanced panel, breaker, motor, and fixture replacements with code.
• Inspect mechanical systems and recommend preventative solutions.
