Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related field experience in maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Advanced plumbing and pipefitting experience.
• Advanced carpentry and fabrication skills.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain process and building equipment across HVAC, plumbing, piping, wastewater treatment, and machinery.
• Coordinate small projects and perform in-house project/fabrication work as assigned.
• Assist maintenance foreman with Work Order assignments and parts inventory.
• Test and inspect electrical components of emergency and life-safety systems to meet NFPA/OSHA standards.
• Communicate with outside vendors for service support and parts.
• Trains technicians on production equipment and building systems; document revisions to maintenance programs.
