Job summary

Tiffany & Co is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain process and building equipment, and to assist with Preventive Maintenance programs. This role will also coordinate small projects and perform in-house fabrication work as assigned.

Responsibilities include supporting the Maintenance Foreman with Work Orders, inventory parts, and liaising with outside vendors to ensure timely project completion. Strong problem-solving and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in related field.
• Ability to solve problems.
• Ability to use power tools and craft equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Advanced plumbing and pipefitting experience.
• Advanced carpentry and fabrication skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Flexible with work hours including weekends and overtime.
• Ability to respond to emergency calls after hours.
• Coordinate tasks with outside vendors.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain process and building equipment and assist with Preventative Maintenance.
• Coordinate small projects and in-house fabrication work as assigned.
• Assist Maintenance Foreman with Work Order assignments and parts inventory.
• Test and inspect electrical components of emergency and life safety systems.
• Communicate with outside vendors for service and parts supplies.
• Train Technicians on equipment and building systems; document revisions to PM programs.
