Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to join the Delavan, WI team. You will inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems, working with minimal supervision to build skills for mentoring junior technicians.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, and support for CNC/injection molding equipment. Shift: 1st, 7:00am–3:30pm.

Qualifications

• HD diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform intermediate repairs with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems and 120/480V systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings, production equipment, and facility systems to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform intermediate repairs on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems.
• Complete preventive maintenance with minimal coaching to prevent breakdowns.
• Support CNC machines, injection molding machines, and test stands.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and parts usage.
• Collaborate with team and engineering to resolve issues.
