Pentair is hiring a Maintenance Technician III for the Delavan, WI team. You will install, inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment with limited supervision.

You will perform preventive maintenance and support CNC and injection molding equipment, while logging activities and coordinating with teams. The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of experience, and knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience with intermediate-level repairs.
• Foundational knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems (120V & 480V).
• Arc-flash training and electrical safety practices.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with CNC/injection molding equipment preferred.
• Foundational PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance records.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect buildings, production equipment and facility systems to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform intermediate repairs on electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Complete preventive maintenance with minimal coaching to prevent breakdowns.
• Support CNC and injection molding equipment and test stands.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections and parts usage.
• Collaborate with team members, production, and contractors to resolve issues.
