Job summary

MicroPrecision LLC in Delavan, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician 4 to sustain and improve production equipment. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, electrical, mechanical, and facility systems, ensuring high uptime.

This full-time, first shift role runs 6:00 am–2:30 pm, Monday–Friday with a $34-43 hourly DOE salary. Candidates should have a 2-year technical degree or equivalent manufacturing maintenance experience and a strong safety/quality mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and minimum 2-year technical degree in manufacturing maintenance area or applicable experience
• 5-7 years manufacturing maintenance background preferred
• Valid driver’s license and fluent English
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret schedules

Responsibilities

• Lathe and Mill troubleshooting and repair of multiple machine models
• Repair or replace parts on mechanical equipment and production machines
• Maintain preventative maintenance per schedule and document work
• Assist with production and maintain safety and quality standards
