Job summary

Niagara Bottling Carolina plant is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to keep production lines running. You will troubleshoot and repair injection molders, blow molders, fillers, labelers, conveyors, and utilities, working with operators and a maintenance team.

Ideal candidates will have field maintenance experience, schematic reading skills, and proficiency with precision measuring tools. Emphasis on safety, documentation, and hands-on leadership in an active bottling environment.

Qualifications

• 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar maintenance environment
• 4 Years – Experience in Position
• 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects
• Experience may include a combination of work experience and education
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across departments
• Basic experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Read and interpret electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics
• Proficient with precision measuring equipment (calipers, dial indicators)
• Own toolbox and basic tools
• Preferred: 6 Years – experience in similar manufacturing environment
• Experience with high-speed bottling or packaging is a plus
• Familiar with VFDs, servo drives, and PLC I/O cards

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other plant equipment
• Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment per Niagara processes
• Maintain industrial control systems
• Work independently and with team to complete repairs safely and timely
• May fill in for production operator as needed
• Document repairs and report parts usage
• Follow plant safety rules and PPE requirements
• Duties may change with little notice
