Job summary

Skechers is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform advanced troubleshooting and maintenance of automated warehouse systems, including high-speed sortation and AS/RS. You will diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and work independently while upholding strict safety standards.

This role requires strong PLC, motor controls, and sensor/HMI experience, with NFPA 70E compliance. Night shift is Sunday–Thursday, 10pm–6:30am, with competitive pay in the US market.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motor controls, and automated material handling equipment.
• NFPA 70E electrical safety standards familiarity.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical and electrical failures on industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs to IO level and diagnose processor faults.
• Service and repair motor control panels, relays, fuses, and circuit breakers.
• Install and troubleshoot sensors, encoders, and VFDs in automated lines.
• Work safely with electrical systems (12VDC to 600VAC) per NFPA 70E.
