Job summary

E&E Mfg of Tennessee in Athens, TN is seeking Maintenance Technicians to maintain conveyor systems and automated equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, strong troubleshooting skills, and hands-on knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, HMI, ERP software, and forklift operation. An Associate's degree is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with conveyors, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read schematics and use ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems and automated equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and electrical/wiring issues.
• Conduct machine safety inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
