Job summary

Dr. Squatch, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to support high-volume manufacturing in Brea, California. You will diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical equipment, including PLC-controlled systems, VFDs, and motors, while following safety practices.

This is a full-time onsite role with potential for leadership on the shift and a focus on preventive maintenance. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with industrial power, read electrical schematics, and

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Strong electrical troubleshooting on industrial equipment.
Ability to read schematics and ladder diagrams.
Experience with PLC-controlled systems and VFDs.
Committed to safety and Lockout/Tagout practices.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair complex electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control equipment.
Respond quickly to downtime and identify root causes of failures.
Troubleshoot 24VDC/120/208/240/480V systems and motor controls.
Read schematics, PLC logic, and OEM manuals to guide repairs.
Support PM programs and mentor junior technicians when needed.
