Job summary

RMF is hiring a Maintenance Technician to oversee preventative maintenance of plant equipment, manage parts inventory, and respond to equipment calls and breakdowns. The role supports continuous production and safety programs in a heavy manufacturing environment.

You will assist with improvement projects, maintain a clean and organized shop, and participate in 5S and safety policies. A strong multi-skill background and willingness to respond after hours are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years experience in maintenance or 2 years plus Mechatronics Certification.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, welding, and general plant maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on all plant equipment.
• Manage spare parts for all machines and keep inventory current.
• Respond to waste treatment equipment calls and breakdowns as needed.
