Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and ladder logic diagrams.
• PLC troubleshooting/programming experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NEC electrical code, arc flash, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery, building systems, and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Complete scheduled maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and improve equipment life
• Ensure equipment is safe and compliant with OSHA, lockout/tagout, and other safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Assist with equipment installations, repairs, and upgrades
• Support housekeeping, 5S, and continuous improvement efforts across the plant

We are seeking a skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is responsible for keeping production equipment, building systems, and facility operations running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, strong in troubleshooting, and experienced in mechanical and electrical maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery, building systems, and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Complete scheduled maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and improve equipment life
• Ensure equipment is safe and compliant with OSHA, lockout/tagout, and other safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

• Robotics, VFDs, and servo systems knowledge a plus
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various plant environments (heights, confined spaces, noise, heat/cold)
• High school diploma or technical/vocational training preferred
