Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician in Pittsburgh, PA, responsible for maintaining equipment on the work station.

Experience & Skills

• Advanced knowledge in an industrial setting, with experience in 480V 3-phase systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, 24V controls, and schematic understanding.
• Strong troubleshooting skills. Trade schooling preferred but not mandatory. Additional training in forklifts, cranes, rigging, water jets, and fabrication is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, safely, and efficiently to minimize machine downtime. Good communication and teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Attendance, decision making, impact guard training, splicing on laminators, water jet rebuilding, audits, paperwork, forklift maintenance, filter and fluid checks, facility upkeep, equipment installation, shear blade and roll replacement, PLC troubleshooting, fabrication, calibration, communication with teams, parts inventory.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts (6 pm - 6 am). Manufacturing experience preferred.
