The incumbent will be responsible for:

1. Handling callbacks
2. Managing breakdowns
3. Troubleshooting
4. Code maintenance
5. Customer service
6. Order completion (T and S orders)
7. Conducting surveys

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or ITI in Engineering
2. 4-6 years of experience in elevator service
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Assertive, proactive, result-oriented, and a self-starter
5. Ability and confidence to handle high-profile key customers

Desirable: Experience in the elevator industry is preferred.
