Fairfield Residential is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for Rowlen Apartments in Broomfield, CO. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance issues, supervise contractors, and maintain safety across the property.

On-site duties include pool and amenity upkeep, inspections, and coordinating move-ins/move-outs. The role requires 2+ years in property maintenance, EPA/CPO certifications preferred, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification strongly preferred; may require within 90 days if not held.
• CPO license strongly preferred; if not held, must obtain within 90 days of hire.

Come build your future with us!# About the RoleThe Senior Maintenance Technician performs daily maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. This role involves diagnosing and repairing issues related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances. The Senior Maintenance Technician ensures the safety and cleanliness of the property, maintains amenities, and responds to maintenance requests promptly and professionally. This position also involves supervising outside contractors, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.The Senior Maintenance Technician at Rowlen Apartments is eligible for a 40% apartment allowance if living on-site.# # **What You'll Do**Below is a snapshot of what this role is all about. Associates hired without an EPA certification will be required to obtain within 90 days of hire. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license is strongly preferred.
