Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for Cypress View Villas in Weatherford, TX. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, and supervise outside contractors to keep the property safe and presentable.

The role requires a high school diploma, HVAC EPA license, and 2+ years of maintenance experience. CPO is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required. On-call may be necessary; 40% apartment allowance is available for on-site living.

Come build your future with us!# About the RoleThe Senior Maintenance Technician performs daily maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. This role involves diagnosing and repairing issues related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances. The Senior Maintenance Technician ensures the safety and cleanliness of the property, maintains amenities, and responds to maintenance requests promptly and professionally. This position also involves supervising outside contractors, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.The Senior Maintenance Technician at Cypress View Villas is eligible for a 40% apartment allowance if living on-site.# # **What You'll Do**Below is a snapshot of what this role is all about.
