Fairfield Residential in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Longwood Vista, a 280‑unit community. You will perform daily maintenance, diagnose issues, and prepare vacant apartments for new residents while supporting on-call rotations.

Qualifications
