29th Street in Durham, NC is hiring an Experienced Maintenance Technician at Rippling Stream Townhomes. The role involves keeping the property clean and free of debris and performing regular repairs to maintain operations and resident satisfaction.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, drywall, HVAC and appliance maintenance, coordinate with managers, process work orders, and ensure 7‑day make‑ready turns for vacancies. A valid driver's license is preferred and HVAC experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical and electrical maintenance for multi‑family and commercial property.

• HVAC troubleshooting and repair; boiler maintenance.
• Process work orders and coordinate with property manager.
• Ensure 7‑day make‑ready for vacant units.
• Communicate with residents about repairs timelines.
